My beautiful 1 year old labrador puppy was lost(by a dog walker) and now believed stolen on 4th April 2008 from the Tattershall Castle area in Lincolnshire. She is a yellow pedigree Sandringham breed (long legged and domed head), she is very friendly and will come to her name. She is a natural at retrieving and swimming. She has not been spayed and she is microchipped.
postcode is LN4 4LP and our telephone numbers are 01526-344 895 and 07809298043. Thanks for your help

Still no news I am afraid, the dog walking firm who lost her have denied all responsibility now and their insurance firm are backing her. They have also lost my front door key and are still trading. Just thought I would let you know that I am taking this company, Safe As Houses, to Court and putting a press release with it to the regional and national press about their gross incompetence. Firms like this need to exposed before more dogs and other animals are put at risk of being lost/stolen. Hopefully the publicity might make whoever has Jemmima, release her as she will be too hot to handle. I will keep you posted and thanks for everything all of you at Alfies Lost Dogs are doing to help us get Jemmima back.

Have sent details of found lab Message Posted on: 15/08/2008 09:12:00 FOUND . Golden Labrador mature bitch well trained
Found - golden labrador mature bitch. Good on leash, responds well to voice command, enjoys playing with ball. Good build for female lab, this dog is well walked and has been well cared for, very friendly. Found on busy road in Fetcham but did not seem familiar with neighborhood so may have been abandoned from passing car. Well worn brown leather collar with studds but no identity disk. Taken to Epsom Police Station at 9.30pm on Thursday 14 August 2008. This is someones well loved pet.

Hi Chris, Thanks so much for your phone call this morning and our chat - it has restored my faith that there are still people who are genuine and do care about other people and their animals. Sadly the lead left us no further on, the dog that was found was over 10 years old. But thank you so much for everything that you are doing to help us find Jemmima. I will let you know how the court hearing goes. I rang the Kennel Club today and they have put me onto someone who is actually the ex-game keeper at Sandringham Estate and they are going to help me with the Court case. I have given Diane Conway 14 days to replace what she has lost and if she doesn't then without further notice the hearing will go ahead, in a way I hope it does, as the potential publicity for what has happened will raise awareness of the dangers of rogue dog walking/pet sitting firms and hopefully get Jemmima back. One of the people I spoke to today from the Kennel Club told me that there has been a 30% increase in the last year of dognapping - isn't that disgraceful! Anyway again, thank you for all your continued support, if I do get good publicity I will mention Alfies Lost Dogs. All the best for now. Liz
