found a small white and brown jack russel sized dog

Recently found a small white and brown jack russel sized dog.
Mainly White coat, brown face, one medium sized brown spot on his back. Brown/ Hazel eyes.
Found with collar on but no name or address.
One blue collar, thin, assumed to be flea collar. and a thicker Brown collar.
Found running the streets, nearly hit by a few cars but is safe now.
Worried about where it will stay tonight as the warden is off duty as its sunday.
