PLEASE CIRCULATE FAR & WIDE
Kipper is a miniature Yorkshire terrier and he was last seen on the 17th of July being put into a green saloon car near the New Road roundabout in Ennis, Co Clare.
He was wearing a black & red collar when taken. He is very loving and playful and his family are distraught and inconsolable.
There is a reward for his safe return and/or for information leading to his return.
