Bessie went missing on Saturday 23rd August at around 10.30pm. Her owners are heartbroken and are worried sick. The area close by has been flooded with posters of her and there has been a couple of sightings but still no solid news of her. She is 8 years old, neutered but no microchip and unfortunately no collar. She went missing from the Halesowen area of the West Midlands and was last seen by the Woodman Public House. There is a £500 reward for the safe return of this little girl. Any help would be massively apreciated.x

We think Bess may have been ran over and killed on the night she went missing - I will let you know when I have more details and know for sure.xx

I'm afraid it was Bess that was run over. We have had several calls all stating the same info that confirm it was her.
The only huge mystery is that there is no record of any authority picking up her body. We have scoured Birmingham but with no luck. The only thing we can think of is that Neil's mom who was looking after the dogs disposed of the body in a state of panic as she was unable to tell him that she was dead. There has been a massive arguement in the family but we are still no closer to finding Bess' body. Its obviously hugely traumatic for her owners as they are unable to mourn her properly and lay her to rest.
Thank you so much for your help and the poster.xx RIP Bessie Bee.xx
