Yes I think so but she is really afraid of him, he has threatened her before and put a brick through her window, the police do not do anything.

As far as I know it is Lough but will have to check with her owner when she is better to be 100% sure. Thank you everyone for your help and support.

This is a trerrible story. I didn't realise at first it was 2004. If this man had stolen a tv or something the police would have been there like a shot. It's just so awful that they won't act for a living creature. I hope Tara can be found and brought home soon. Chris

if so call the local housing and get a asbo on him also keep calling the police they will have to do something in the end if your life is in danger as well keep calling the police they will have to log each call also call 999 if he comes near you  good luck thinking op

I will do a press release for Tara, but without talking to Taras owner I cannot send it. Gina, I will send it to you for approval, but must just say that no paper will publish a press release without confirming details with the owner. Justine

What a nasty human being, poor Tara having to go through this ordeal as well as her owner. i do so hope that she makes a speedy recovery and will be able to have her Tara home soon. X
