If you are using Firefox:
1. Click on 'Tools' at the top of the browser
2. Select 'Clear Private Data’
3. Make sure every box is unchecked except for ‘Cache’ and ‘Cookies’
4. Click ‘Clear Private Data Now’
If you are using Internet Explorer:
1. Click on 'Tools' at the top of the browser
2. Select 'Internet Options'
3. Under the 'Temporary Internet Files' section click on 'Delete Files'
and 'Delete Cookies'
If you are using Safari:
Click on 'Safari' at the top and select 'Empty cache'
To clear cookies:
1. Click on 'Safari' at the top
2. Select 'Preferences'
3. Under 'Security' select ' Show cookies'
4. Click on 'Remove all'
If you are using Google Chrome:
1. Click the wrench icon on the right-hand side of the browser
2. Choose "Clear browsing data..."
3. Check the boxes next to "Empty the Cache" and "Delete Cookies"
4. Click "Clear Browsing Data"
After you've done this, close your browser and then re-open it.
Remember to occasionally clear the cache to allow your browser to
function more efficiently. Clearing your cache can speed up your web
surfing, and may help your browser work how you want it to.
You will also want to run the Flash Player uninstaller and then
reinstall the latest Flash Player.
1. Download and save the Adobe Flash Player uninstaller to your desktop
from How to uninstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in and ActiveX control
(
http://www.adobe.com/go/tn_14157).
2. Quit all running applications, including all Internet Explorer
windows and AIM, Yahoo, MSN or other messengers.
3. Run the Flash Player uninstaller that you saved to your desktop.
4. Install the latest Adobe Flash Player from the Flash Player Download
Center (
http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer).
The Flash Player uninstaller will fix permissions in the Windows
registry and will allow Flash Player to install successfully.
