Tilly has been missing since 2nd March from Chipperfield/Penmans Green/Sarratt area of Hertfordshire. She is a small, smooth-coated, undocked, black and white 61/2 year old spayed bitch. One of the characteristics of her colouring is that the white area of her body is dotted with black spots so she looks like a miniature dalmation!! She has been microchipped. She was wearing a red fabric collar with an attached ID disc with my name and home telephone number on it. She is very friendly and loves people, but is not too keen on young children. I am able to offer a cash reward to anyone who finds her safe and well. Above all I want to know what has become of her. We have put forward Tilly to be included in an article about alfieslostdogs in Dogs today magazine due out in Sept , we do not have the final choice though , Hope she is home by then

Alas, no, we have heard no more of what became of Tilly??
I look daily at Alfies Lost Dogs 'Found' Jack Russells,in the hope that someone has found Tilly - but absolutley nothing! I also check DogLost on a regular basis. I have postered in our area and spoken to all dog walkers and horse riders that I have met. No-one has any news. I have been in contact with the Refuge collectors, Milkman and all local Dog Wardens and rescue centres, including Battersea. Only last week I repeated the task of phoning round local vets; but absolutely nothing!!
She has now been missing 5 months and I believe that as nobody has found either her remains, collar or corpse that somebody, somewhere has picked her up. A dog that went missing from this area soon after Tilly was found in Worthing, Sussex!
I haven't given up hope, but I would dearly love to find her safe and well, but I believe my chances are very slim.
