Jack Russell Terrier - dog (entire)
White with tan patch on ears and by tail. Weak back legs. 10 years old. Microchipped to an earlier address (in Telford).
Wandered off on 12/02/10 in Acocks Green, Birmingham

I tried to go onto the website to update his status last night as he ended up at the birmingham dogs home yesterday.
Retrieved & totally unaware of the stress caused.
