I think Justine wants you to email the newspapers or radios with Neos story/photo or as much as you can tell safely, you will need to highlight certain things such as the polices attitude, how its affecting your family,dog theft etc ,Ask to see reporters ,pester them !! Have you got a crime number from the police not a reference number a crime number! If not insist on one as he was stolen!! chris we have not got a crime ref we have been trying since he was stolen to get one but they will not give us one we have even made a complaiint and we still aint getting one a girl from dog lost already sen a story to the express and star and they have not printed it as yet and as i said in emails we cannot give out the story cause of the other things included in it so i dont know how i would tell the story without saying something i should not

Get back to them and make a pest of yourself and tell them you wont go away until you get that number , rewrite to them, phone them, go to the front desk again. Nag them till they get fed up with you , wish I was nearer to help you!!!I will speak to justine tonight and see what she can come up with as well, Keep strong xx

chris we made such a pest of ourselves at the police station we have officers asigned tot he case and even the police inspector said we can not have a crime number we have done everything possible to get this ref but they aint budging

PM's are working ok. A new member can't PM from a profile, it has to be done by clicking 'messages' at the top of the main page and then click the 'New msg' button that's near the top.

If you put the username in as it should be it will work.
