Female black lab missing from home in Buxton - please help find her.

Eva, the 5 year old black lab, went missing from her home in Biggin, near Hartington, on 28 February and her distraught owner, Diane Hemstock, has since spent every waking moment postering the local area and contacting vets, dog wardens and local groups in an attempt to find her. To date this has been to no avail.

Described as a timid dog but friendly dog, Eva is a home-lover, devoted to her family, and never wanders. In addition to her human family. she is a devoted 'big sister' to Lola and the pair have never been apart since Lola's arrival in the family home.

People are being asked to keep an eye open for her - not just for a stray lab but also to be alert if someone in the area has recently acquired a mature female lab. The area is also popular with walkers so the more publicity Eva gets, the better.

Eva had an accident some time ago and her tail drops slightly.
