It took dog lost 5 days to reply to my last email which to be honest was rather uninformative as to the reasons . Someone has said they have a auto mod that picks up banned words such as alfies if this is the case what happens if a dog on their site is called alfie and a pm is sent regarding this name and the owner is banned Huh??
