Missing Since: friday 22/02/08
 lurcher whippet / greyhound cross

flash was stolen from her kennel in porthmadog on friday night.she is a very friendlly and well mannered bitch.she was my daughters pride and joy.she stood around 22 inches to the shoulder,she has a smooth/short hair coat thats fawn in colour,has white down the front and underside of her chest and a white tip on end of tail.7 yrs old. 01865 736272

(Whippet x Greyhound)

STOLEN
 'Flash Bitch (neutered). Smooth coated. Fawn. White line on chest and under belly, white tip to tail, white on front toes. Small bald patch about 6 ins down tail. 7 years old. Wearing a thin leather collar with ID tag.
(Circumstance of loss: Was stolen from out of kennels about 8.30 pm on friday 22/2/08. Thieves climbed oer a wall and broke off a lock to gain entry - must've carried the dog back over the wall to get back out.
Additional Info: Travellers in the area, have moved on to Caernafon. A silver 4x4 was seen in the private road to this house about the right time for the theft, the same car was seen in a local petrol station and reg no was taken as owners were acting suspiciously. The same 4x4 has been seen on the site in Caernafon, next to a box trailer which could contain dogs. Police have been informed but have not acted upon this information.

Just found this on another site, so flash is home horray

not long got home,i drove for hours last night to view a bitch matching flash's description.turns out it was her,she is now home.my daughter hasn't yet stopped crying tears of happiness since she woke up an hour ago,and boy did flash cry seeing her best friend again!!!she is covered in cuts and seems to have had a rough ride over the last 6 weeks,bless her.a massive thank you to all helpers here at dl and anyone who helped reunite flash with her best friend.it was the advert in the countrymans weekly by dl that got her home.
