Dogs throat slashed by children

A dog needed 56 stitches in a wound after its throat was slashed by a group of children, Shortly after its owner let it out in he garden in cambridge she heard a number of children call it over.
She then heard the dog yelping, She rushed over to find that its throat had been cut - and the children were laughting.

This i read in the dog world newspaper today

KIDS of today how could they be so  EVIL  Angry
