11.04.08 Morteon in Marsh
Glos.  Papillon 'Skip' Male – neutered. 18 years old. Black and white. Deaf and nearly blind. (cataracts are obvious) Wearing a brown leather collar with a gold bone tag on with his name on and a phone number, but the number is incorrect as it hasn't been changed since owner moved 2 weeks ago.

Skip was found dead near stream about 1 month after he went missing, not clear what happened but he could have fallen victim to the water after heavy rains.
