Anyone who remembers the starving dog photo and petition may well remember the dreadful video of the 2 policemen who reversed over a dog and filmed it laughing ! Petition recieved today !!
WARNING , TRUST ME JUST SIGN THE PETITION .THE VIDEO IS GRAPHIC!!!!!
Policemen at Xicotepec, Juarez, Puebla, exhibited extra-ordinary cruelty towards an animal when one of them ran down a dog on the road and not satisfied with the physical injuries and pain inflicted to the poor animal returned to his patrol and ran over the dog for a second time..
