medium black short haired male dog found in Herne Hill

Area Found: Herne Hill Greater London
male, Medium size, thin build, looks about 1-2 years old (but not sure) very placid and friendly has white markings around his mouth and is all black otherwise. Short haired with blue collar and red tag that says scan me.
We took him to the vet but there are no details in the central database for his microchip.
